 "Pruning saw" 2009-11-21

Pleased with the product. Did all the pruning I needed it for. It is a light weight saw and won't handle heavy limbs, but I needed it for trimming Sheffelera trees and it worked great.

 "A Good Helper..." 2009-11-19

For the price, this product is adequate for relatively light overhead pruning. The blade is sharp but has a tendency to bind and is not as rigid as I would like. I read the same remarks before purchase but felt it would be worth trying it out. If you have large limbs to prune out you probably would want a different saw.

 "worth the money" 2009-11-03
By L. Bergstrom (kittanning, Pa)
i purchased this product to trim limbs around my treestand. for that it works decent enough. i even pruned some trees in my yard. the blade is a little thin and flimsy, and when fully extended the handle flexes a bit not allowing much pressure on the limb, but the saw cuts well. sometimes a little hard to get a cut started. also the extensino locking lever can be a little tough to operate especially when cold. but for the money i am happy, i have cut limbs from 1/2" to 4" in diameter, some were close a couple i had the saw at full extension, without too much problem, for the bigger limbs and limbs that are further away just be patient. again for the money im happy, trimmers costing twice as much didnt reach as far as this one and i needed the reach. its lightweight, relatively cheaply priced, and it works.

Very good product, only thing that I would have liked to seen different was a little stiffer blade as it does flex more than I would like, but over all good product

 "Does the job" 2009-06-09

This product works good and is inexpensive enough for the quality. I would buy it again. The only negative is that the screws that hold on the blade come loose easily, and have to be re-tightened often. But it isn't too big of a deal. I just tighten them by hand. Maybe if you tighten them with a tool they will stay tight longer. Overall I would recommend this product.
