The product arrived very quickly after we ordered. We have some very large trees in the backyard that needed to be "Pruned". The saw worked well, except that it seemed a little on the short side from what we thought it would be. The total length once assembled is around 9 feet. We thought that it would be around 12.
Overall, we like the purchase.

This saw works great on our Cub Cadet 4 cycle trimmer.
Mounts, connects, and disconnects easy. Just loosen the clamp on the shaft, pull the trimmer head off and put the pole saw on.

There isn't much left to say, the other reviews are right on target. Easy to use and powerful, wish I had bought it years ago. I do have 2 concerns however (1) How do you know when to adjust the oil flow and (2) I wish the chain tension adjuster was an allen head screw. I am notorious for stripping screws!

I have used this pole saw attachment several times and it works great so far. The only complaint I have is that I can't find any extra extension parts to make it even longer than the ~10 feet it is to get the top of some of the larger trees in my yard. I think the family that lived at my home prior to me never trimmed any of the trees, so the tops are not very symmetrical.

I bought this to help my dad trim the branches on his large oak trees. He was very pleased to find how easy cutting them had just become. No more ladder and balancing himself on it. Also the speed to cut through them with ease. We are very satisfied with the Troy-Bilt and it's 2 year warranty.
